Juri Shiraki (白木 寿里, Shiraki Juri) is a heroine in Tomica Hero: Rescue Force who first appears in Episode 01. She is portrayed by Emi Hasegawa and her suit actor is Rio Taura.

Juri is kind and considerate and the most feminine member, but has a hot-blooded side as well. She shows some shallow tendencies, especially in regards to men and romance, but does get better about this.

- Rei Kozuki: She and Juri get along the best. They typically work together. While they did fight with each other briefly over having a crush on the same person, they quickly forgot the reason they were fighting in the first place. She appeared to be a little jealous of Rei's better success at romance later into the story.
- Hikaru Todoroki and Kyosuke Jinrai: Juri's teammates and friends. She is sempai to Hikaru.
- Eiji Ishiguro: Juri's captain. She briefly had a crush on him but lost interest.
- Yuto Fukuzawa: Juri's childhood crush. She believed him to be princely and refined, but was repulsed by the sort of person he grew up to be and rejected him.
In the series[]
Juri is the second-generation R4 of Rescue Force. She typically does not drive any vehicles, but is in command of the Core Aider and is a powerful fighter, using the "Kajibano super power" she picked up from her grandfather.
Despite being a Rescue Force member, Juri found herself in need of rescue during one mission, where she and the others searched for children who were trapped in a building. Juri found their location, but became injured and trapped herself when rubble fell (the wound was an irritation of an accidental injury Hikaru caused to her during training). Hikaru is able to come to her rescue, and afterwards, Juri shows him a giant snake-like cord which she and the kids found which would need to be cut to stop the extreme disaster.
After Captain Ishiguro invites Juri and Rei to dinner on one occasion without the boys, the both of them develop a crush on him. At first, they're each excited to know that their friend has a crush, until they realize that it's on the same person. The two start to hold competitions against each other in order to prove which is better, with Rei exhibiting more strength and Juri having much more delicacy. Soon, there is a fire caused by another extreme disaster. Hikaru and Kyosuke launch in their vehicles to deal with it, while the girls are put on standby, much to their dismay. Both lament the fact that they don't have their own rescue vehicle. However, it turns out that mines are planted on the ground. This makes it impossible for the two rescue vehicles to move. Therefore, Rei and Juri volunteer to remove the mines, despite how dangerous that is. They are able to achieve this, of course. By the end of the ordeal, both have lost interest in Captain Ishiguro completely.
Juri finds that Yuto, her cool, smart and kind childhood friend whom she'd been in love with, is going to be in town attending a school reunion. They had been separated when his father transferred to America, and they had to move, but he left her with a glass slipper pendant. Naturally, she's thrilled about this. Juri ends up missing the event, but she encounters Yuto later anyway. Yuto is immediately jealous of Hikaru, and asks Juri on a date, which she accepts. During the date, Yuto invites Juri to come see a museum exhibit he'll be working at, Juri is impressed by how refined he is, compared to the men she knows. The date ends when Juri gets a disaster call. However, she's reluctant to tell Yuto that she's with Rescue Force and makes an excuse. When Yuto is at the museum for his exhibit, Neo Terror decides to attack it in order to steal the exhibited Resetter Stone. Juri wants to save him, but is still afraid of going all out and ruining her image before Yuto. However, it's Yuto's image which becomes ruined to Juri. She's shocked at how he's become so cowardly now, and the fact that he belittles her, not trusting that she's capable of using the Mantis Impact, which is needed for breaking the electric security field. However, Juri is quite capable of it and proves this. After the incident, she reveals to Yuto that she was R4 all along. She tells him that while her comrades are nothing like him, they're always willing to risk their lives, so she respects them more than him. She shows Yuto the glass slipper, asking him if he remembers it, but he says he doesn't. Therefore, she slaps him and rejects the marriage proposal he'd given her.
Rei, along with Juri, continue to support in various rescues with their physical capabilities, because they don't have large-scale vehicles of their own.
On a certain day, a strange old man shows up at the base. Juri is glad when she sees him, because it was her grandfather. However, she's annoyed when she realizes he only came to ask Juri to quit Rescue Force and return to Hakata. Another extreme disaster occurs, and Juri and the others suit up to rescue. This time, Juri's grandfather takes the R5 suit in order to assist. He ends up being overpowered, but Juri comes to his rescue and scolds him for making her worry. Meanwhile, Rei finds a charm that Juri's grandfather dropped, which she had given him in the past. As a child, Juri had been very close to her grandfather. After this incident is resolved, Juri's grandfather realizes that she can handle herself, but asks that she'll call sometimes. Juri says that she'll come to visit, because she also understands his feelings a little better.
During the incident when Maen, the next leader of Neo Terror tries to cause all the world's volcanoes to errupt with the Omega Zukcrane, Juri and Rei end up caught by Neo Terror. Despite the fact that their Rescue Commanders and Rescue Breakers were taken away, Rei declares that they can't just sit around, and they have to find a way to escape. The two successfully break down the door, but are forced to face Maare, San and Sica shortly after. They're able to hold their own just fine, but the fight is put on hold when Hikaru arrives and helps them escape. Back outside, the two defeat the Neo Terror executives.
There is a certain idol whom Rescue Force is doing a promotion with named Eri Haseyama. She happens to look identical to Juri. Juri and Eri decide to switch places at Rei's request as a prank to fool the boys, which works well. Afterwards, Eri requests to spend some time with Rescue Force. In order for this to happen, with her busy schedule, she and Juri decide to switch places for longer, leading for Juri to do idol work such as photoshoots. While working in disguise, Juri stumbles across a Neo Terror factory. She ends up being taken hostage by them. In order to fool Neo Terror, Eri launches as R4, making them believe they took an imposter hostage and not the real one. Although Juri is rescued after the incident, the members of Rescue Force are all punished for the prank by losing a day off. However, Juri admits she still had fun.
Because of a strange extreme disaster, men start to turn into women, including Kyosuke and Hikaru. Because of how whiny they'd become, Juri and Rei take over driving their vehicles for the day, Juri controlling the Core Diver and Rescue Diver. They successfully combine to form the Super Rescue Max.
Juri is depressed when she learns that a friend of hers married. Because after this, Rei becomes close to an older man who has a child, she is somewhat jealous believing that Rei also found a happy romance.
Eventually, Maen acquires enough energy to return to her true form, Batsu. In order to get through Batsu's shield and destroy it for good, Juri and the other members of Rescue Force combine all the vehicles at once, into the Great God Striker. Eventually, Juri and the rest separate, leaving Hikaru alone to enters Batsu's body and destroy it.
In the epilogue, Juri graduates Rescue Force and decides to work as an assistant to her predecessor, the Captain General. She does find it annoying that she's also working with the three Neo Terror executives, who were reprogrammed as maids though.
