Maare (マール) is a villain in Tomica Hero: Rescue Force. She first appears in Episode 1. She is voiced by Kuro-chan of the Japanese comedy trio Yasuda Dai Circus.

She, like the other three executives, behaves clownishly. However, she is the most bossy and domineering of the three.
Though a villain for the most part, she and the other members are shown to have some redeeming qualities, and were seen celebrating when Rescue Force stopped the Mach Train disaster during the events of the movie.
Relationships[]
- San and Sica- They are her allies. While she can be bossy towards them and they fight occasionally, they get along for the most part. She was shown to be jealous when both were fawning over Kirara Amamiya.
In the TV series[]
Maare is the leader of the three Neo Terror executives, and the strategist. Their purpose is to destroy the earth by making extreme disasters, and they originally controlled the Crisis Maker. At first, they operated in secret, but were discovered by Rescue Force in a short amount of time.
Maare was destroyed after a battle with Kyosuke Jinrai. She and her comrades are rebuilt in new bodies by Daen, whom they start to take orders from directly.
After Daen's death, Maare and the others are grieving. However, they find themselves under the command of Maen, who treats them poorly but is keeping them charged.
After being defeated by Rei Kozuki and Juri Shiraki, and finding out Maen's true identity, she and the others are discarded.
They are taken in by the UFDA and partially recharged. After breaking out, they are the cause of one last extreme disaster, in the form of a gas which is not physically harmful but causes people to hallucinate and fear things. They encounter a girl who looks like Maen and frighten her on accident, which causes her to climb onto a ledge and get stuck up there. Maare and the others recruit Hikaru Todoroki, who was actually infected by the gas, to help them rescue her.
After this incident, the three decide that they like rescuing and work for the UFDA, serving as maids for the Captain General Natsuno Nanbu.
