Misa (ミサ) is a character in the Tomica Hyper Series toyline and the Hyper Blue Police web series who first appears in Episode 1.
She is voiced by Haruka Shimazaki.

Misa is a young woman with black eyes.
She always wears a white and blue helmet, obscuring her hair. Her uniform consists of a blue jacket with white pants and boots. The jacket has a white collar. She wears a pink shirt beneath the jacket and a white belt over it. Both her helmet and jacket contain the golden logo for the Hyper Blue Police.
Personality[]
Misa is talented and responsible, though she doubts herself. She loves to sing and wants to become an idol. Her other hobbies include bathing and teasing Kakeru.

Misa is a 21-year-old officer in the Hyper Blue Police. She is an operator and mechanic. She has a lot of fans, even among the separate Hyper Rescue faction.
Trivia[]
- Misa was released as a toy as part of Hyper Blue Police Member Set A. She was also packaged with the Blue Husky and Blue Husky II.
- Misa shares a seiyuu with Tsubasa, Ren, Hakase and one of the Waruda Henchmen.
