Ritsuko Kanzaki (神崎 律子, Kanzaki Ritsuko) is an ally in both Tomica Hero: Rescue Force and Tomica Hero: Rescue Fire who first appears in Episode 18 in the former and Episode 19 in the latter. She is portrayed by Naoko Watanabe.

In Rescue Force[]
Ritsuko is a part of the science department of the United Fire-Defense Agency. She was assigned to fix the suits for Rescue Force when they began to malfunction due to the damage they had taken overtime, particularly from the Terra Resetters.
Later, Daen kidnaps her, along with Naomi Okamura, in order to force them to build a Terra Resetter system for him and fix his Rescue Commander. Hikaru rescues them, and shows them the Max Commander, which Naomi had worked on in the past. The two are able to fix it, so Hikaru can use it against Daen. They are witnesses to Daen's defeat, as well as his final sacrifice as Obuchi.
During the Omega Zukcrane incident, She and Naomi work to strengthen the Max Divider.
When working on developing Max Combine with the Rescue Crane, she took advice from the new cadet, Satoru Yuki, who figured out exactly what was going wrong.

Etymology[]
- Ritsuko's surname is consisted of the characters for "rhythm" (律) and "child" (子), whereas her first name is composed of those for "deity" (神) and "cape" (崎).
