Satoru Yuki (結城 悟, Yūki Satoru) is a character in Tomica Hero: Rescue Force who first appears in Episode 42. He is portrayed by Nobuhiko Tanaka.

Satoru is polite and formal, and a prodigy in many fields. However, he is overly focused on simply carrying out rescues, and can be somewhat cold-hearted as a result.

Satoru Yuki is a cadet assigned to Rescue Force temporarily, with plans to work in France after. He appears to assist during a rescue and is formally introduced to the others after.
Hikaru Todoroki decides to train him, because Yuki said that he admired R1. However, Yuki easily outshines the teacher with his physical capabilities. He also impresses Ritsuko Kanzaki and the science department by helping fix bugs with the Max Combine for Rescue Crane.
Yuki goes with the other members of Rescue Force to deal with a fire. He and Hikaru stop a boy named Tarou who wants to go back inside to rescue his "brother", Ryuusuke. However, when they're united with Tarou's mother, they find that Ryuusuke isn't his brother, but his pet turtle. Learning the truth, Yuki is against risking the danger to rescue a turtle. Hikaru does so anyway, believing that all lives are worth rescuing, and wanting to teach Yuki the importance of protecting smiles too.
After this incident, Yuki still leaves for France as planned. However, he leaves a package behind for Hikaru, which is turtle food, to be delivered to Ryuysuke.
Etymology[]
- Satoru's surname is composed of the characters for "tie" (結) and "castle" (城), whereas his first name means "enlightenment" (悟).
